Everything we offer is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care by our team here at Toya Ramen.

 

Our ramen noodles are made daily. We hand mix the flour, press it into dough, laminate the dough into sheets, rest the sheets, press again, then cut it into noodles. We then age the noodles over 72 hours to develop texture, tooth and consistency.
